We are now going through a unimaginable phase of life, COVID- phase 2, second COVID wave.

It is so deadly that the rate of death is much higher compared to 1st phase.

Everyday we open TV and see in the news channels all the negative news, lack of oxygen, lack of COVID beds in hospitals, mismanagement of COVID patient handling, death etc etc.

In the midst of this deadly situation, it is absolutely necessary that we must be POSITIVE & OPTIMISTIC in order to fight the deadly disease.

This situation was never seen by our generation (who were born in 40s 50s) & present generation has seen much early.

HOW TO BE OPTIMISTIC & POSITIVE BY PROVEN METHODS:

This article is addressed to millions of persons who took COVID-19, Phase-1 much easier some day.

This article tells how by following SIMPLE & DEFINITE PLAN can provide themselves very positive outcome over short span of time.

And moreover, persons can fight on ongoing COVID 2nd phase more effectively.

During this phase of all NEGETIVITY, we must sow the seeds of OPTIMISM & POSITIVITY, nurture the seed daily & the FRUIT will be our life saving drug- OPTIMISM, POSITIVITY & of course HEALTH!!

OPTIMISM, POSITIVITY & HEALTH are the only buzzwords in the world & specially in India, in COVID days.

NEVER COMPLAIN:

Never complain that “I don’t have this or that”. Never complain that “Why don’t have more money than my friend”. Never complain that “Why Mr. X has gone up so high in his business & I failed to do” etc etc.

This list of complain is never ending.

Take full accountability of your un-fulfillness and look forward for all the resources required to be more successful & also take support from others.

This means that persons around you are having maximum influence on the outcome from your action!! Doesn’t it?

Surround yourself with best people, best books, best videos etc etc.

The people with whom you spend time & the information you let influence your mind, is having very much effect on your thinking & attitude.

Human brain is really amazing!!

Hence spend time with the people who encourages you to go up & up in your life.

Who make your thinking refined & big.

Consciously keep away yourself from all the NEGETIVE NEWS, news which breaks your morale, news which feeds you NEGETIVITY constantly!!

Here the seed starts germinating!!

CULTIVATE SELF-FULFILLING ATTITUDE:

Even though you got almost everything done, still you feel that there is no end of current hustle!!

Sounds funny, right? Yes, it is really funny.

You have everything you wanted & still not fulfilled, means you should be GRATEFUL to all the persons who supported you to achieve all your goals & with required resources!!

Hence always ask yourself how much SELF-FULFILLED you are in your life. This will decide your inner happiness quantum.

Every day write at least three persons names to whom you are GRATEFUL for ------- !! (Please fill in the blanks).

After 3rd day you will find an amazing change in your attitude, for sure !!

This is my personal experience, not from any book.

I was a “Complaining person” during my growth stage.

Once I started practicing “Be Grateful” formula, I became completely refined and changed person.

 I started finding inner peace and more comfort for all small things!!

I bet, this will work for you too. Just try & practice.

 Here the plant started growing!!

HABITS ARE GAME CHANGER:

Habits are double edged sword. They can work for you and they can work against you.

Hence it is essential to develop GOOD HABITS in an INCREMENTAL way.

It is worth to note that small good habits every day will make remarkable difference in our life over the span of time.

GOOD HABITS will make your transformation from MEDIOCRE to BEST.

If you don’t believe this, then here is one formula from James Clear, author of “Atomic Habits”:

1 % worse habits cultivated per day over 365 days = 00.03

1% good habits cultivated per day over 365 days = 37.78

Hence you can see a remarkable difference over the time!!

Here are some TIPS for developing good habits:

BE COMMITTED: Once you discovered your BAD HABITS and identified GOOD HABITS, start taking action and be committed.

IMPLEMENT: This is the main phase to change your habits. Once identified & decided, implement the action for replacing the habits.

WORK ON YOU: It is necessary that you must WORK ON YOU !! Initially it may be difficult, but with TIME & COMMITMENT, you will feel the difference in this phase, for sure !!

DECIDE WHO YOU WISH TO BECOME BY CHANGING HABITS: This is the phase where you identify your TRANSFORMED IDENTITY & continue to work towards forming the identity.

Lastly, NEVER EVER GIVE UP: This is very old saying!! But most of us fail here and go back to their original condition!!!

THE 5.15 AM HABIT & HEALTH:

Empirically this has been proven that MOST PRODUCTIVE time for a person starts from 5.15 AM TO 8 AM.

There can be debate on the exact timing, but there will be no debate on the MORNING HABIT plan.

Most CHALLENGING part of morning habit is HOW NOT TO STOP THE ALARM!!

Here most of the persons fail & they let their MIND TO RULE THEIR INTELLECT!! This is fact & proven fact.

For past 19 years, I am practicing this 5.15 AM Morning habit and I have successfully overcome lot of challenges regarding my performance & health!!
